Check-out is by 11:00 every day.
The breakfast buffet is served in our breakfast restaurant every day at the following times:
Monday to Friday 06:30 - 10:00
Saturday and Sunday 07:00 - 11:00
Room service is available at certain times. You can find the menu and options in the Guest Directory in the hotel room.
Each room has a safe. The key to the safe is available from reception.
It is not permitted to bring your ski and snowboard equipment into the hotel room. You can use our extra large lockers for free.
Keys are available from reception for a deposit of € 20.00.
It is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pets.
There is a surcharge of € 12.50 per pet per night.
All hotel rooms have climate controle. Check the Guest Directory in the hotel room for more information.
The fitness room is on the first floor of the central lobby. Hotel guests can use it for free.
The fitness room & sauna facilities* (Snowworld Healthclub) are located on the first floor of the central lobby. Hotel guests can use these facilities free of charge.
Monday till Friday from 07:00 to 23:00
Saturday & Sunday from 08:30 to 20:00
Children below the age of 12 are not allowed entry to the healthclub (fitness & sauna).
The fitness facilities are accessible from the age of 16 and older.
Children between the age of 12 and 16 are only allowed to enter the sauna under supervision of a parent.
Swimwear is not allowed in the sauna facilities.
The sauna facilities are only accessible for women (ladies only) on Wednesday between 07:00 to 13:00 and between 19:30 to 23:00.
Yes, a public WiFi network is available.
If you've got a discount card, it is possible to get a parking card as well. Members of our Healthclub can park for free. There are 6 chargingpoints (NL MAB) for electric vehicles. Charging your vehicle is not for free, you will need a charging card.
