FAQ Hotel

Check-in is possible from 15:00 every day.

Check-out is by 11:00 every day.

The breakfast buffet is served in our breakfast restaurant every day at the following times:

Daily from 07:00 - 10:00 hour

Each room has a safe. The key to the safe is available from reception.

It is not permitted to bring your ski and snowboard equipment into the hotel room. You can rent our extra large lockers for € 12,50 a day.

Keys are available from reception for a deposit of € 30.00.

It is allowed to bring a maximum of 2 pets.
There is a surcharge of € 15 per pet per night.

All hotel rooms have climate controle. Check the Guest Directory in the hotel room for more information.

Exclusively for our hotel guests and professional teams we have a hotel gym available. The hotel gym is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00 and can be accessed by using your hotel room card. 

Yes, a public WiFi network is available.

• Per visit: first 90 minutes free, thereafter € 7,-. Get your parking tickets here.
• A rate of € 7,50 per night applies for hotel guests. They park in another parking lot. Camping is not permitted.

Ski slope discount card holders can apply for a parking concession. There are 6 charging points for electric cars from NL MAB. Charging cards are available from Reception.
