Skiing is possible from 3 years of age, snowboarding from 4 years of age.

Gaia Zoo one of the most beautiful zoos in the Netherlands if you ask us. Young and old get a breathtaking look into the world of animals and nature here. The park is unique and has won several awards. What is also nice: you only have to be in the car for 10 minutes. Highly recommended to go.

Family park Mondo Verde offers a surprising and versatile day out. The park in fact has several attractions such as a white water ride, bumper cars and a small roller coaster. In addition, the park offers a world garden and animal park. Enough for young and old to feast your eyes.

In Vaals lies the Drielandenpunt. This is not only the highest point in the Netherlands. This is also where the land borders of the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium meet. The Drielandenpunt is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it very attractive for tourists to come here for a walk as well. Young and old can enjoy themselves here. The little ones can play to their hearts' desire in the playground. For the daredevils there is also a nice challenge. Will you find your way out of the largest Labyrinth in the Netherlands?

Fancy a day of adventure? Visit Kasteel Hoensbroek! In this castle you can not only have fun, but also learn a lot. Transform yourself into a real knight or damsel and relive the adventures of knights, counts and marquises. Dance in the magnificent ballroom, climb the medieval tower or search for the secret room! During the exciting castle scavenger hunt you might even find the centuries-old dungeon. Castle Hoensbroek is already seven centuries old. It has had several functions, but the defensive castle and residence were the two most important functions. You will find these functions in the museum, the building's current function.
