Are you that winter sports enthusiast with a huge passion for teaching and winter sports? Then this is your chance! At SnowWorld you can be trained as a ski and/or snowboard instructor, just in the Netherlands! Learn the tricks of the trade and become a skilled coach, supervisor but above all instructor!
Ski or snowboard instructor level 2 training
As a level 2 ski or snowboard instructor, you will be able to teach beginning skiers or snowboarders. This will usually be at Dutch ski schools to supervise introductory lessons, group outings and children's parties.
The training is provided by experienced and recognized trainers of SnowWorld, who will teach you the tricks of the trade with a lot of passion and pleasure. The course is recognized by and provided together with the NSkiV. After completing the Dutch-speaking course you will not only receive a certificate recognized by the NSkiV, you will also get the chance to contribute to the best ski school in the Benelux!
Learn more about the training
During the training several things are covered that are tested during the exam. These include whether you can ski/board the techniques like a real instructor, provide a fun safe intro lesson and whether you have the theoretical knowledge to share this with new winter sports enthusiasts.
You can participate:
- If you are 16 years or older
- If you have mastered short and long turns on the red piste
- If you have a passion for winter sports!
- If you have a good command of the Dutch language. This is because the course is taught in Dutch, so the exam (both theory and practice) is also in Dutch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take it in another language.
Please note: A training block consists of 4 training days at the same location. Course days cannot be changed per location. The minimum number of participants per group is 3, the maximum number of participants is 10.

Costs
The cost for participation in this training program is € 425,- per person. This includes:
- Training and examination by accredited trainers
- Track access
- (digital) Course material and training folder
- Coffee, tea and water for in-between sessions
- NSkiV recognized diploma
- Possibility to work for the largest ski school in the Benelux!
- Unlimited track access outside training hours
Optional purchase:
- Equipment rental € 70,-
- Retake exam € 40,-
Payment method
The fee should be paid at the reception desk on or before the 1st training day. You can only pay by pin at our location. Cash is unfortunately not accepted. General terms and conditions apply.
Terms and conditions
If you register for the ski and/or snowboard instructor training, it is mandatory to be an NSkiV member. In addition, your basic skills must be in order. This means that you are a skier or snowboarder who can ski or snowboard down the mountain with controlled long and short turns (parallel, minimum level red or higher).
Registrations can be made by using the registration form.
The minimum number of participants is 3, the maximum number of participants is 10.
