Try before you Buy

During the ‘Try Before You Buy’ evenings, you’ll have the chance to test this season’s latest snowboard gear for yourself. A range of top brands will be there with their latest boards and bindings, so you can try out different models and compare them side by side.

From Capita, Burton and Nitro to Jones, Nidecker, Lib Tech, Rome, Gnu and Union. You can also try out the latest binding systems, such as Burton Step On, Union Step On, Nidecker Supermatic and Fase.

The ‘Try Before You Buy’ evenings take place at the various SnowWorld locations in Terneuzen, Zoetermeer, Landgraaf, Antwerp and Amsterdam. Want to find out more about the ‘Try Before You Buy’ evenings? Check the page for all dates and locations.

On Friday 30 October 2026, Rucphen will be all about GIRLPOWDER! Duijvestein Winterstore and Mount by Duijvestein are organising an evening especially for female snowboarders. There’ll be plenty of time to snowboard, learn new tricks and have a great time together. Professionals will be sharing their tips and tricks, and of course there’ll be snacks, drinks and great prizes. Both beginners and experienced snowboarders are welcome!

Celebrate the start of the winter season at the Filzmoos Winter Opening on 21 and 22 November at SnowWorld Amsterdam. The whole weekend will be dedicated to winter sports and the atmosphere of Filzmoos in Austria.

Indoor Skydive Grand Prix

The ISR Grand Prix is an annual international skydiving event in the FS4 and FS2 disciplines. Teams from home and abroad compete to form as many formations as possible in 35 seconds.

Dutchweek DJ Contest

On 24 October, the final of the Dutchweek DJ Contest will take place at SnowWorld Zoetermeer. In collaboration with Malelions and SnowWorld, Dutchweek is on the lookout for new DJ talent in three categories: All-round, House and Live Act.


Twelve DJs will be selected for the final – four per category. During the final, they will have 15 minutes to play their set and show what they’re made of. The three winners will be announced on 1 December.


The winners will secure a spot on the Dutchweek line-up in the Alps in March 2027, including an all-expenses-paid trip and a winter outfit from Malelions.
