Slopes / Lift Passes

Voor vrij skiën en snowboarden dien je online een tijdslot te reserveren.. Let op: aan de kassa geldt een toeslag van € 3,- per ticket. Betaling aan de kassa is alleen per pin mogelijk.

Tubeglide is only available in Terneuzen. Sledding is not allowed, and for safety reasons you may not bring your own sled.

You can easily change your visit date or time slot through our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. Changes can be made up to one hour before your visit and only to a new date in the same season. We charge a fee of €2.75 per pass. You will need your booking number and the email address used in your order. Need help? Here you’ll find a detailed step-by-step guide.
Note! Changing the visit date and/or time slot is only possible for the entire order. If you want to change individual passes, please contact us at +31 (0)85 902 0606 or email information@snowworld.com
This is only possible up to 60 minutes before your visit.
No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been canceled, or refunded.

Our lift passes are date- and time-bound. Below is an overview of validity per ticket type:
Tickets purchased via external partners are valid until the indicated date (see action terms)
Tickets bought at the SnowWorld counter are only valid on the day of purchase
Online tickets bought via snowworld.com, with a preselected date and time slot, are only valid on that date and time slot. If you can’t make it, you can use our date-change module in the ticket shop for a fee
In standard cases, all tickets allow 5 minutes of free overtime; after that, a rate of €0.35 per minute applies

You can easily make an additional booking for equipment alone in the ticket shop. Choose the “Rent Equipment” option.

If you leave the slope temporarily, your lift pass stops timing. When you re-enter the slope, time resumes. You may leave and return without losing time on your pass.

Yes — you can use your own snowboard or rent one from us.

Je kunt de piste alleen betreden met een geldige skipas. Als je mee wilt met je kinderen, partner, familie of vrienden, dien je zelf in het bezit te zijn van een skipas en ook te gaan skiën of snowboarden. Je kunt natuurlijk ook vanuit de verwarmde pistebar naar de piste kijken en ondertussen genieten van een heerlijk drankje.

Wij hebben altijd voldoende materiaal op voorraad!

SnowWorld enforces a helmet requirement at all locations. All guests entering the slope are required to wear a helmet. If you don’t own one, SnowWorld provides a SINNER helmet free of charge.

Lessons & Courses

If you want to move a lesson, call +31 (0)85 902 0606 or fill out the form on this page. Select the subject “I booked a lesson and would like to move it,” fill in your details, and our contact center will get in touch as soon as possible.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the start time. In that case, you have the following options:

The appointment may be moved to another date and time (subject to availability)
An online credit is created that remains valid for up to one year and can be used at our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium
Finally, you may choose a full refund of the purchase price
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start time, the above options no longer apply. In that case, regardless of reason, you will receive a 50% refund.
If we are not notified in writing before the booking start, all compensation options expire.

You can book a make-up lesson at a reduced rate, or you may go freely on the slope with your lift pass.
Note: This make-up lesson can only be scheduled if you canceled before the lesson’s start time, and is subject to availability. The make-up lesson must take place before the next scheduled lesson.

Yes, up to 4 people may join one lesson. Our advice: book participants with the same level and age group. For each additional participant, a €15 charge applies.

Unfortunately not. Each lesson must choose between skiing or snowboarding. If you want to learn both, you’ll need to book two separate lessons.

Practical Information

On location you can only pay by card. Cash payments are not accepted.

The temperature on SnowWorld’s slopes is −5 °C. Warm clothing is recommended, and gloves and a helmet are mandatory.
We offer ski suits for rent, gloves for sale, and helmets free to borrow.

Plenty of lockers are available to store your belongings. The cost is €2.50*.
*Our lockers can only be rented via cashless payment (bank card or credit card); cash is not accepted.

Dogs are welcome at SnowWorld, as long as they are on a leash and accompanied. Dogs are not allowed on the slopes.
