Slopes / Lift Passes

To ski or snowboard freely, you must book a time slot online. Please note: there is a surcharge of €5 per ticket when purchasing at the ticket office. Payment at the ticket office can only be made by debit card.

Tubegliding is available at all Dutch locations (except Amsterdam) and in Antwerp. Sledding is only permitted in Terneuzen, and for safety reasons you may not bring your own sled.

This can be done up to one hour before your visit and is only possible for a new date within the same season. You will need your booking reference and the email address used for your order.

Please note: This is only possible up to 60 minutes before your visit.

No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or refunded.

Our lift passes are date- and time-bound. Below is an overview of validity per ticket type:

Tickets purchased via external partners are valid until the indicated date (see promotion terms).
Tickets bought at the SnowWorld ticket office are only valid on the day of purchase.
Online tickets bought via snowworld.com, with a preselected date and time slot, are only valid on that date and time slot.
By default, all tickets include 5 minutes of free overtime; after that, a rate of €0.35 per minute applies.
It is not possible to enter before your booked time slot.

Want to give a product as a gift or buy one without a date and time? Choose our SnowWorld Giftcard! You can use it to purchase a product later.

You can easily make an additional booking for equipment alone in the ticket shop. Choose the “Rent Equipment” option.

If you leave the slope temporarily, your lift pass stops timing. When you re-enter the slope, time resumes. You may leave and return without losing time on your pass.

Yes — you can use your own snowboard or rent one from us.

You may only access the slopes with a valid ski pass. If you wish to come along with your children, partner, family or friends, you must have your own ski pass and also be skiing or snowboarding. Of course, you can also watch the slopes from the heated slope bar whilst enjoying a lovely drink.

We always have plenty of stock!

SnowWorld enforces a helmet requirement at all locations. All guests entering the slope are required to wear a helmet. If you don’t own one, SnowWorld provides a helmet free of charge.

Lessons & Courses

Moving a lesson is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson. Please call +31 85 9020606. If your lesson takes place within 24 hours, the option to move it no longer applies and we can only cancel the lesson. In that case, regardless of the reason for being unable to attend, we offer a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. You can also call +31 85 9020606 for this.

If we have not been notified of the cancellation in writing before the start of the booking, all options for compensation expire. If you have booked a course and cannot attend (some of) the lessons, please follow the information under 'What happens if I miss a lesson?'.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the start time. In that case, you have the following options:

The appointment may be moved to another date and time (subject to availability)
An online credit is created that remains valid for up to one year and can be used at our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium
Finally, you may choose a full refund of the purchase price
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start time, the above options no longer apply. In that case, regardless of reason, you will receive a 50% refund.
If we are not notified in writing before the booking start, all compensation options expire.

You can book a make-up lesson at a reduced rate (€41.95), or you may go freely on the slope with your lift pass.

Please note: this make-up lesson can only be scheduled if you cancelled before the start of the lesson, and is subject to availability. You can call +31 (0)85 902 0606 for this. The make-up lesson must take place before the next scheduled lesson.

Yes, up to 4 people may join one lesson. Our advice: book participants with the same level and age group (4-5/6-12/13+). For each additional participant, a €15 charge applies.

Unfortunately not. Each lesson must choose between skiing or snowboarding. If you want to learn both, you’ll need to book two separate lessons.

Practical Information

On location you can only pay by card. Cash payments are not accepted.

The temperature on SnowWorld’s slopes is −5 °C. Warm clothing is recommended, and gloves and a helmet are mandatory.
We offer ski suits for rent, gloves for sale, and helmets free to borrow.

Plenty of lockers are available to store your belongings. The cost is €2.50*.
*Our lockers can only be rented via cashless payment (bank card or credit card); cash is not accepted.

Dogs are welcome at SnowWorld, as long as they are on a leash and accompanied. Dogs are not allowed on the slopes.
