For free skiing and free snowboarding, you need to reserve a time slot online. Rental equipment is optional and can be booked in the ticket shop. There is always sufficient material in stock, as there is always plenty in supply.
You can easily make a change to your visit date or time slot via our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. We charge a surcharge of € 2.50 per ski pass. Keep your booking number and e-mail address of your order at hand. Need help? You can find an extensive step-by-step plan here.
NB! Changing your visit date and/or timeslot is only possible for your entire order. Do you want to change individual passes? Please contact us, at least 60 minutes prior your visit.
Ski passes purchased at the checkout are valid only for the day of purchase.
Online ski passes are valid for one year, up until the day they are cashed in.
No, you can add the preferred equipment to your order during the booking process.
You can make an extra booking in the ticket shop for equipment only. Select the option “Rental equipment”.
Your ski pass timer always stops when you leave the slope within the allotted time. The timer continues on your return to the slope. So you can feel free to leave the slope without the time on your ski pass running out.
Of course, you can use your own snowboard or hire one from us.
You are only allowed on the slope with a valid ski pass. If you want to be there with your children, partner, family or friends, you must have a ski pass. You can of course watch the slope from our atmospheric piste restaurant. In the meantime, you can enjoy a sandwich, mug of soup, snack or a warm meal. But there's coffee, hot chocolate and apple strudel there ready for you too!

We always have enough equipment in store!
A helmet is compulsory for kids up to 12 years taking lessons and courses and is provided for free. A helmet is not compulsory for regular visitors, but we do advise it. You can hire a SINNER helmet from us for € 2.50.
To have your lesson moved, you will need to fill out the form on this page. Select the topic “I have booked a lesson and want to move it”, fill out the form, and our ski school will contact you as soon as possible.

You can book a catch-up lesson for a reduced price, or use your ski pass for free skiing.
Yes, up to 4 people can participate in one lesson. Our advice is to book this lesson with participants of the same level and age group.
Unfortunately, this is not possible, for each lesson you will have to choose between skiing or snowboarding. If you want to learn both, you will need to book separate lessons.
Have you not received a Dutch vaccination certificate, but you did receive an international vaccination certificate? You can find out what you need to do here.
You can only pay with card at our location. Cash is unfortunately not accepted.
It is -5°C on the slopes at SnowWorld. It is advisable to wear warm clothing and gloves are compulsory. A helmet is compulsory.
You can hire a ski suit and helmet from us and gloves are available to buy.
There are always plenty of lockers available so you can store your things. It costs €2.00 each time you use the lockers.
Dogs are welcome at SnowWorld when accompanied and on a lead. Dogs are not allowed on the slopes.
Spectators can watch from the piste restaurant and the Bierstube, from there you can see what is happening on the slopes.
