It's easy to change your visit date or timeslot via our webshop or the link in your booking confirmation. There is a surcharge on changes of €2.75 per entry pass. You need to enter your booking number and e-mail address used for the booking. Keep your booking number and email address handy. Need any help? Here are the steps in detail.

NB! Changing a visit date and/or timeslot is only permitted for the entire order. Want to change individual passes? That is only permitted at the SnowWorld branch.

Parkeren

Parking at SnowWorld Zoetermeer is free of charge. There are 8 charging points for electric cars from NL MAB. Loading is not for free, you need a card for this.

OV Routebeschrijving

SnowWorld Zoetermeer is ook bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Vanaf station Zoetermeer kunt u met tram 3, 4, 16 en 17 naar tramhalte Voorweg laag of tramhalte Voorweg hoog reizen, waar u vervolgens 13 minuten wandelt naar de Buytenparklaan 30 (SnowWorld Zoetermeer). Daarnaast kunt u ook gebruik maken van bus 30 en de RandstadRail. Bus 30 stopt bij bushalte Buytenparklaan.

Let op! Soms moet u met het openbaar vervoer overstappen en daarom adviseren wij u altijd de actuele reisinformatie in de gaten te houden via www.9292ov.nl of www.ns.nl.
