SnowWorld Tickets

During the ski team season (1 July to 30 September 2022), Slope 1 in SnowWorld Landgraaf is closed due to training sessions.

Planned maintenance

SnowWorld Landgraaf

We are currently carrying out annual maintenance on our slopes. The slopes will be provided with a new layer of snow. Slope 3 and 4 are therefore out of use on the following data:

  • Slope 3 closed for maintenance = Monday August 15 to Sunday August 28

  • Slope 4 closed for maintenance = Monday August 15 to Sunday August 28

  • Funpark (partially) closed for maintenance = Monday September 26 to Sunday October 2

During the ski team season (1 July to 30 September 2022), Slope 1 is closed due to training sessions. The drag lift of slope 1 is out of service until further notice. 

SnowWorld Zoetermeer

Due to maintenance, there is currently no fun park.

SnowWorld Terneuzen

The Funpark will be closed on August 20 due to a freestyle competition.

I have an undated SnowWorld ticket

You have a SnowWorld ticket for an unspecified date and would now like to reserve a date and time. Follow these steps to reserve a date and time. Enter the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a valid barcode number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. Bring this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot with you to SnowWorld. You will need to show a valid ticket when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.

I HAVE A TICKET FROM A THIRD PARTY RETAILLER

You have a ticket purchased through a third party and would now like to reserve a date and time. This is a ticket from one of our external parties, such as HEMA, Albert Heijn, Social Deal, Kruidvat, etc. Simply follow these steps to reserve your date and time. Enter your voucher code or the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. You will need to show this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.

Also bring the third-party ticket with you to SnowWorld, just in case. Please note that the third-party ticket or voucher code is proof of purchase, but it is not valid for entry.

I have a discount coupon

Do you have a coupon, or a membership that gives you a discount on SnowWorld entry? Then click here to make your reservation request. Please note: You are making a request, not a confirmed reservation. Our team will be in touch to confirm the date and time of your final reservation. This request is not valid for entry to SnowWorld without confirmation from a member of our team.

NATIONAL POSTCODE LOTTERY 2022 DISCOUNT CALENDER

You must only redeem the discount voucher from the Voordeelagenda 2022 as stated in the Voordeelagenda 2022. Please note, you must take the SnowWorld ticket with you to SnowWorld together with the discount voucher. You will be given access to the slopes upon presentation of the discount voucher and after checking the SnowWorld ticket. Please note, you will not be able to access SnowWorld without a discount voucher.

SnowWorld is open according to the guidelines of the RIVM. Make sure you that are aware of all Corona measures at SnowWorld. With this page we will keep you informed of the Corona measures at SnowWorld.

Reserve with your subscription

You can reserve a time slot with the 'I have a subscription' step.

I want to change my visit date and/or time slot

You can easily make a change to your visit date or time slot via our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. You can do this up to one hour before your original timeslot. We charge a surcharge of € 2.50 per ski pass. Keep your booking number and e-mail address of your order at hand. Need help? You can find an extensive step-by-step plan here.

NB! Changing your visit date and/or timeslot is only possible for your entire order. Do you want to change individual passes? Please contact us, at least 60 minutes prior your visit.

I have credit for a lesson or course, how can I use it?

The credit for our lessons and courses can be redeemed on this website. Need help? You can find an extensive step-by-step plan here.

Equipment rental

You can add equipment to your order in step 4 of the booking process. Have you forgotten this, or do you want to book (extra) equipment after ordering? Select the option “Rental equipment”.
