SnowWorld is constantly working on its slopes to improve your experience in the snow.
Club and slalom nights take place every Monday from 19:00 to 22:00 and Wednesday from 18:00 to 22:00 (except school holidays). As a result, access to the main slope is very limited.
On Saturday 15 June and Sunday 16 June competition slalom on slope 1 in Landgraaf. Slope 1 therefore only partially accessible.
During training sessions and competitions, Slope 3 is not or only partially available. Click here for all planned competitions and/or training sessions.
It's snowing at SnowWorld Amsterdam! To ensure the quality of the slopes, we produce a new fresh layer of snow. During opening hours the snow may fall. We remain open as usual, but ski goggles can certainly come in handy.
The Funpark went into maintenance on September 28 2023, it is possible that a Roller could close.
I have already purchased a ticket
We are delighted you are coming to visit SnowWorld! We ask you to be present at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. Your ticket will be scanned at the cash desk via your smartphone. You don't have to print your ticket.
Your ticket is valid only for the date and the time slot for which it is booked. Upon your arrival, we check the validity of your ticket for the correct date and time slot. You get 5 minutes of free overtime right after your finish time. After that, a rate of € 0,35 per minute applies.
I have not yet purchased a ticket
Do you want to come and ski or snowboard independently for a day? Then book your piste time-slot here. Please note, with online reservations you will benefit from a discount of € 3,- for each ticket purchased. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard on our website. Payments with PayPal, checks and holiday checks are not accepted online or at our locations.

I want to change my visit date and/or time slot
You can easily change the date or time of your visit through our webshop or the link in the confirmation email. This can be done up to 60 minutes before your visit and can only be done for a new date in the same season. Keep your booking number and order email address handy. Need help? Please note: Changing your visit date is only permitted for the entire order. There is a surcharge on changes of € 2,75 per entry pass. If you wish to change individual visits, please contact us at least 1 hour before the visit. No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or refunded.
You can add equipment to your order in step 4 of the booking process. Have you forgotten this, or do you want to book (extra) equipment after ordering? Select the option “Rental equipment”.
I have an undated SnowWorld Ticket
You have a SnowWorld ticket for an unspecified date and would now like to reserve a date and time. Follow these steps to reserve a date and time. Enter the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a valid barcode number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. This ticket does not need to be printed out, your ticket can be scanned directly at the entrance gates or material dispenser.
Bring this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot with you to SnowWorld. You will need to show a valid ticket when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.
I have a ticket from a third party retailer
You have a ticket purchased through a third party and would now like to reserve a date and time. This is a ticket from one of our external parties, such as HEMA, Albert Heijn, Social Deal, Kruidvat, etc. Simply follow the steps to reserve your date and time. Enter your voucher code or the number from your ticket's barcode while checking out. Once you've entered a number, you will be able to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with your new SnowWorld ticket at the email address you provided. You will need to show this new SnowWorld ticket with time slot when entering. There are no additional costs to add a time slot to an already-purchased ticket.
Also bring the third-party ticket with you to SnowWorld, just in case. Please note that the third-party ticket or voucher code is proof of purchase, but it is not valid for entry.
N.B. The calendar of the "I already have a ticket/voucher" flow is constantly being updated with time slots.
National Postal Code Lottery Discount Calendar & Discount Guide
Coupons from the National Postal Code Lottery Discount Calendar or Discount Guide can only be redeemed as described. Please note: You must bring both your SnowWorld ticket and the coupon with you to SnowWorld. Once you've handed over the coupon and had your SnowWorld ticket checked, you will be allowed to access the slopes. Please note: You will not be allowed entry to SnowWorld without the coupon.
