With our Flock Card, you can collect Flocks in various areas of SnowWorld Neuss and redeem them for tickets in our ticket shop. As a Flock collector, you’ll also benefit from various special promotions, exclusive discounts and special offers from us and our partners (e.g. Salzburger Land Tourismus GmbH, SnowWorld N.V.), about which we and our partners will keep you informed via email, amongst other channels.

The operator and issuer of the Flockenkarte is allrounder mountain resort gmbh & co. kg. Participation in the Flockenkarte programme is free of charge.

1. Eligibility
Any individual aged 18 or over may take part in the loyalty card scheme.

2. Registration and login details
2.1 To use the SnowWorld Neuss Flockenkarte, the participant must first register (“initial registration”) in the SnowWorld Neuss Ticket Shop. To do this, you will be asked to provide certain details (“registration and login details”) during the initial registration process, as well as to confirm the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2.2 Once you have successfully registered, you can manage your user profile yourself under “My Account” and view your points balance. You must enter your login details to access your user profile. You can also download your digital Flockenkarte under “My Account”.

3. Transferability of the card
The card is personal and non-transferable.

4. Collecting Flakes
4.1 With the digital Flake Card, you can collect Flakes for both online and in-store purchases in the participating areas at SnowWorld Neuss. To do so, you must either register in advance via the ticket shop or show your Flake Card before making an in-store purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim Flakes retrospectively.

You collect 1 flake for every €1 spent.

4.2 Flocks can be collected for the following services / in the following areas:
Tickets for the adventure worlds, hire equipment, ski and snowboard lessons, SnowWorld Neuss souvenirs, food and drink at the Salzburger Hochalm, the Salzburger Alm Biergarten, the Jausnstadl, the Jausnhütte and the Pistenlounge, and overnight stays at the Hotel Fire & Ice.

4.3 Für folgende Leistungen / in folgenden Bereichen ist das Sammeln nicht möglich:
Weitere Leistungen im Hotel Fire & Ice (wie z.B. Massagen, Blumendekoration o.ä.), Gutscheinerwerb, Einkäufe in unserem Sportgeschäft Alpensportler, Skiservice, Gruppenangebote (wie z.B. für Schulklassen, Kindergeburtstage, Aktivprogramme, Gruppengaudis, Partypakete o.ä.), Veranstaltungen (wie z.B. Firmenfeiern, Produktvorstellungen, Tagungen und Seminare o.ä.), Dreharbeiten, Eintritt zu Sonderevents, gastronomische Leistungen im Partybereich.

5. Redeeming points and discounts
5.1 Points can be redeemed once you have collected 100 points. For every 100 points, you will receive a €5 discount credit. This is automatically credited to your customer account and can be redeemed during your next payment, whether online or in-store, towards tickets, hire equipment, and ski and snowboard lessons.

Cash redemption is not possible.

5.2 Any discounts and free products associated with the relevant membership level are automatically stored in your user profile and are automatically applied in the shopping basket or at the checkout. For other discounts (e.g. as part of a promotional campaign), the relevant redemption conditions apply.

6. Expiry of points
If points are not redeemed within 24 months of the event (purchase of a lift pass, food order, etc.), they will automatically expire.

7. Different Flock Collector Levels
7.1 The Flock Card offers three different membership levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold
The higher your status, the more benefits you receive. You can find a detailed overview of the benefits here.

7.2 Level progression:
When you first sign up, you start as a Bronze member. To reach Silver, you need to have collected 200 Flocks. Once you have collected 500 Flocks, you will have reached Gold status. As soon as you have collected enough Flocks, you will automatically be upgraded to the next level.

7.3 Level Downgrade:
After 24 months of inactivity on your Flock account, you will lose the status you have achieved to date and be reclassified as a Bronze member. You can prevent this downgrade by continuing to collect Flocks.

8. Data Backup and Data Loss
As the publisher and operator, we accept no liability for the permanent storage of data transmitted to the participant’s mobile phone in the course of using the services. Flock collectors must ensure that all data is properly backed up. We accept no responsibility for any data loss in the Flock Collector area, unless we have caused the data loss intentionally or through gross negligence.

9. Termination
Flock collectors may cancel their Flock card at any time without notice by sending a written notice to info.neuss@snowworld.com. Any Flocks collected up to that point will expire upon deactivation of the Flock account. SnowWorld Neuss may cancel the card without giving reasons, subject to four weeks’ notice. Any flakes collected up to that point will expire upon deactivation of the flake account.

10. Changes to personal data
Personal data such as postal address, telephone number, etc. can be changed independently in your personal profile in the SnowWorld Neuss Ticket Shop. Alternatively, changes can be notified to us in writing at info.neuss@snowworld.com.

11. Changes to the Programme
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the programme subject to reasonable notice. This shall not affect any entitlements the participant has already accrued. The current terms and conditions supersede the previous ones and can be found on our website. The amendment to the terms and conditions of participation shall be deemed to have been accepted if the participant does not cancel the loyalty card within four weeks of being notified of the amendment.

12. Compliance with company policies and tax laws
Participants are responsible for observing any provisions of their employer’s business travel policy when using the loyalty card and for complying with applicable tax laws.

13. Data Protection
By signing or confirming the application form, you consent to allrounder mountain resort gmbh & co.kg storing and using your personal data, and passing it on to other partners for the purposes of running the loyalty card scheme and for marketing purposes. Customer data will not be passed on to or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request information about your personal data. Please contact us in writing to do so. Should we make any changes affecting the way in which confidential information is used, we will contact you via the contact details you have provided before such new procedures are introduced, in order to obtain your necessary consent.
