Under the Dutch Disclosure of Major Holdings Act (WMZ), shareholders of a Dutch company are required to inform the AFM if they hold an interest in the share capital of that company exceeding 3%. The shareholders listed below have reported that they hold an interest of more than 3% in the share capital of SnowWorld N.V. (status as of January 30, 2020).

Dividend policy

The proposed dividend policy was adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 12, 2015. This policy means that, with effect from the 2014/2015 financial year, SnowWorld N.V. will aim for a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30% to 50% of the result after tax. There is an option to propose an optional dividend (cash dividend or stock dividend).

The dividend proposal for 2014/2015 was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 11, 2016.

The dividend proposal for 2015/2016 was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 17, 2017.

In view of SnowWorld's strategy, which requires substantial investments in the coming years, SnowWorld has decided to propose a new dividend policy to its shareholders. The new dividend policy proposes that the net profit in the coming years be retained in full and used for investments and financing SnowWorld's growth. The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the amended dividend policy on March 16, 2018. As a result, from the 2016/2017 financial year onwards, the dividend will be passed and the result will be added to the reserves.
