Everything you need to know about our skiing and snowboarding courses!
We recommend booking online well in advance, particularly during the holiday periods. If there are still places available on the courses, you may, in rare cases, be lucky enough to book a place at short notice, even right up until the course starts.
If, unfortunately, you are unable to attend the ski or snowboard course you have booked, you can rebook it yourself free of charge on one occasion, provided you do so by 12.00 noon on the day before the course.
You can find all available private lessons online. Just like the group lessons, you can book these easily online. For the best value for money, we recommend booking a group lesson!
All courses currently available – and therefore bookable – can be booked online and are displayed in the calendar view.
Please note that we usually list courses 3–6 months in advance. It is not possible to book a course for a future date before then.
All courses include the following:
- Access to the slopes for the booked period
- Equipment hire (skis or snowboard, boots, helmet, poles)
- Ski or snowboard instructor for the booked period
- A meal including a 0.3 l soft drink (except for private lessons; for mini-courses, this applies only to parallel skiing lessons)
Yes, the children are supervised by our ski and snowboard instructors during mealtimes.
All necessary services are included in the course price. There is no need to book a ski pass separately.
Unfortunately not. For safety reasons, it is necessary to meet the eligibility criteria. Children aged 4 to 6 are taught in mini-courses and children aged 7 to 13 in children’s courses. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
The meeting point for all our courses (ski, snowboard and private lessons) is at our ski school in the basement. You’ll find it right next to the slope access. Please collect your equipment from the hire counter first, get changed at your leisure and lock your belongings away before coming to the meeting point.
On the day of your course, please arrive at our Snowworld around 45 minutes before your course starts. During peak season, and particularly during the Christmas holidays, we recommend allowing 60 minutes for preparations.
- Pay for the services you’ve booked at our ticket office.
- Find a locker and, if necessary, store your bags there.
- Hire your equipment from our hire shop.
- Take your time getting changed.
- Check in with our ski school staff.
- Enjoy learning one of the most wonderful sports there is.
- After the lesson: Return your hire equipment to the designated drop-off points.
- Get changed and round off your day with a bite to eat in our cosy, rustic restaurant!
- Don’t forget to book your next lesson. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
You’ll get the best view of our beginners’ slope from our ice balcony and from the windows on the ground floor. Here, you can watch your loved ones make progress whilst enjoying a delicious coffee or a hearty meal.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment. Please ensure that it is up to date. If necessary, have your bindings checked in advance at our sports shop to ensure they are working properly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a partial refund for any included hire equipment that is not used.
Our KidsCamps offer holidays full of fun for kids!
Your child will be looked after by our instructors for 4 hours over 2 or 3 consecutive days (depending on the camp).
During this time, your child can look forward to age-appropriate lessons (depending on the camp level), combined with plenty of fun and games. There is also a group meal every day.
Each camp includes:
- Lessons and supervision by qualified ski and snowboard instructors
- Equipment hire (helmet, skis or snowboard & boots) for the duration of the camp
- Ski pass for the duration of the camp
- A hot meal with a drink every day
- On the last day, there’s a final race with a prize-giving ceremony!
If you are unfortunately unable to attend your booked ski or snowboard course, you may rebook free of charge up until 12 noon on the day before the booked session. A refund of the purchase price or the issue of a voucher is not possible.
All children aged between 7 and 13 are welcome to join our Kids Camps. At our skiing and snowboarding camps, we offer different levels so that both beginners and more advanced children can enjoy a fantastic time with us.
Children should be able to communicate in German to ensure they can interact with the other children and make the most of their learning experience.
Unfortunately, younger or older children (including siblings) cannot take part, as we try to ensure the age mix is as appropriate as possible.
Our kids’ camps take place during all school holidays (Hamburg, Lower Saxony).
