General information on data processing

Our company takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. When handling and processing personal data, we comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Usage data

It is generally not necessary to provide personal data in order to use our website. Each time you access one of our pages, data relating to your visit to the website is stored in a log file. Our web host provides us with these log files and processed usage statistics. This data is not personally identifiable, so we cannot determine which user has accessed which data. No data is passed on to third parties. We would like to point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to guarantee complete protection of data against access by third parties.

Contact details

For certain offers and services (contact or booking forms), we may require personal data on a case-by-case basis. Any data you provide voluntarily in such cases – for example, via email – will be used by us solely for the purpose you have specified, such as to get in touch with you. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

The rights of data subjects

In accordance with Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object to the processing of their data. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 13(2)(c) of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data with effect for the future if the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.

However, withdrawal of consent will generally mean that the purpose for which the data was collected cannot be fulfilled. These rights must be exercised in writing. Please contact us at info.bispingen@snowworld.com

Deletion of personal data

Personal data shall be deleted once the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies and no legal provision (e.g. regarding a statutory retention period) requires the data to be retained. The provisions of Article 17 of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 35 of the BDSG apply. Where deletion is not possible for statutory, contractual, commercial or tax law reasons, the processing of the data may be restricted at the request of the data subject. This right must be exercised in writing.

The data subject’s right to data portability

The company ensures the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR. Every data subject has the right to receive a copy of their personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable file format.

Facebook Pixel

In some cases, we place adverts on the social media platform Facebook. This is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). Clicking on these adverts redirects users to our own website. Using data from Facebook Pixel, we can then analyse which adverts were more successful and which were less so. To this end, we record which pages on our website were viewed after the advert was clicked.

Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and, by virtue of this certification or pursuant to an adequacy decision by the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR, guarantees that it complies with European data protection law and maintains an adequate level of data protection. (

Users can find details of the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the further processing and use of data by Facebook, and the relevant rights and settings options for protecting users’ privacy, in Facebook’s privacy policy:

If a user is a Facebook member and does not wish Facebook to collect data about them via this website and link it to their membership data stored on Facebook, they must log out of Facebook and delete their cookies before using our website. Further settings and the option to opt out of the use of data for advertising purposes are available within the Facebook profile settings: or via the US website or the EU website. These settings apply across all platforms, i.e. they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices. Disabling the use of data for advertising purposes stops the display of adverts but does not stop the collection of data itself.

Facebook-Plugins

Our website incorporates plugins from the social network Facebook, provided by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the ‘Like’ button on our website. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, the plugin does not establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. A connection is only established when you click on the button. If you click on the Facebook ‘Like’ button whilst logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. Please note that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy at de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you do not want Facebook to be able to link your visit to our pages to your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account.

YouTube

This website contains at least one YouTube plugin, which is operated by Google Inc., based in San Bruno, California, USA. As soon as you visit pages on our website that feature a YouTube plugin, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers. In doing so, the YouTube server is informed of which specific page on our website you have visited. If, in addition, you are logged into your YouTube account, you would enable YouTube to link your browsing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this linking by logging out of your account beforehand. Further information on the collection and use of your data by YouTube can be found in their privacy policy at

Lead Express Software

Parts of this website use features provided by the Dutch web analytics service Lead Express Software. The provider is LeadExpress.nl, Grassijsje 9, 5658EE Eindhoven (hereinafter “LeadExpress”).

Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR

Purpose

Our company processes personal data for the purpose of establishing and fulfilling business relationships on an order-by-order basis. This covers all categories of data required to fulfil pre-contractual and contractual obligations.

Disclosure of data to third parties

Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil the business purpose. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, including those in third countries with an unclear level of data protection (generally countries outside the EU), who are not involved in the business purpose, unless the data subject has given their consent.

Lawfulness of data processing

The collection, processing and use of personal data take place within the limits permitted by law in accordance with Articles 5, 6 and 9 of the GDPR. Where personal data is collected from the data subject, the data subject is entitled to transparent information in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR. As a general rule, only such information is processed and used as is necessary for the performance of operational tasks and is directly related to the purpose of processing. In doing so, the specific requirements for the collection, processing and use of special categories of personal data in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR and Section 22 of the BDSG are observed. In accordance with the GDPR, the processing of sensitive data is permitted exclusively under the principle of prior authorisation or where there is a legal basis for doing so.

The rights of data subjects

In accordance with Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to the processing of their data.

The right of data subjects to withdraw consent

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(c) of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data with effect for the future, provided that the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected. However, withdrawal of consent, as well as failure to provide the necessary data, will generally mean that the purpose for which the data was or would have to be collected cannot be fulfilled. These rights must be exercised in writing. Please contact us by email at datenschutz@allrounder.de.

Where deletion is not possible for legal, contractual, commercial or tax reasons, the processing of the data may be restricted at the request of the data subject. This right must be exercised in writing.

The right of data subjects to data portability

The company ensures the right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR. Every data subject has the right to receive a copy of their personal data in a commonly used machine-readable file format.

The right of data subjects to lodge a complaint

In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state. The State Data Protection Commissioner for North Rhine-Westphalia can be contacted at the following address:
