Yes, if you’ve created a profile in the ticket shop, you can easily rebook your ticket. Unfortunately, rebooking isn’t possible if you’ve purchased a ticket as a guest.
Cancellation is not possible. However, you can easily rebook your ticket via your shop profile. Please note that rebooking is only possible for the same ticket category!
The standard admission price applies to people with disabilities. Upon presentation of a disability card marked with the letters B or H, and when visiting with an accompanying person, the accompanying person is granted free admission.

With your ticket, you’ll have access to the slopes 15 minutes before the start of your time slot. This gives you plenty of time to find your way around the slopes at your own pace, strap on your skis or snowboard, and hit the slopes as soon as your booked time begins.
Children aged 3 and over are allowed on the slopes. Unfortunately, children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the slopes.
Yes, you are allowed to leave the hall at any time – your session will be paused during this time.
If you exceed your booked time, the next higher rate will automatically apply.
Yes, you can book your hire items online and collect them from the hire counter in the basement.
All visitors must wear gloves in our hall.
For your own safety, we always recommend wearing a helmet.
Children aged 3 to 6 inclusive must wear a helmet.
Access to the slopes is guaranteed at all times, as at least one lift is always in operation.
The T-bar lift takes you up to the summit of the Heide Glacier every day.
On selected weekends and during the Lower Saxony autumn and winter holidays, the 6-seater chairlift is available.
Yes, you can now buy your 3-month and annual passes directly online. You’ll find the season tickets under the ‘Offers’ menu item. By the way, did you know that with an annual pass you enjoy unlimited access to all our SnowWorld sites throughout its validity period? Simply go to the ticket office at the relevant SnowWorld site and show your annual pass!
Yes, a sledge is included with every ticket option.
You are not permitted to bring your own sledge.
Sledging is only permitted in winter boots or snowboard boots. Ski boots are therefore not permitted.
