As a dynamic organisation with ambitious goals SnowWorld is looking for a committed and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to continue developing the commercial success.

Your role entails

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of SnowWorld’s commercial strategy. Your goals are to increase revenue, expand our market(s) and maximise guest satisfaction. You oversee the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services departments and you will be working closely with Formula Managers and General Managers to accomplish the long-term goals of SnowWorld. 

The head office of SnowWorld is situated in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. To ensure direct engagement with day-to-day operation and fulfilling the commercial strategy you will also be working from other SnowWorld locations, both in The Netherlands as abroad. 

Together with the CEO, COO and CFO you are part of the board of SnowWorld NV. You report directly to the CEO. 

Tasks and responsibilities

• Developing and implementing an effective commercial strategy which corroborate with SnowWorld’s growth plans. 
• Responsible for the growth of revenue in both B2C as B2B markets. 
• Optimising the guest journey and increasing guest loyalty. 
• Identifying new markets, partnerships and business opportunities. 
• Designing price strategies, promotional campaigns and product development. 
• Partnering with other board members to achieve companywide targets. 

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial managerial positions, preferably within the leisure, hospitality or sporting industry. 
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams. 
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and committing strategic collaborations. 
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively at C-level. 
• Innovative, result and guest driven. 
• Having a passion for winter sports and/or the leisure industry is preferable. 
• Fluent in speech and written in Dutch and English. Being able to speak German and French is preferable.
