Conditions gift vouchers
- These conditions apply to all gift cards issued by SnowWorld N.V. (both electronic and printed gift cards, paper gift cards and as gift cards) (hereinafter jointly: “Gift cards”) that are sold by SnowWorld N.V. and third parties designated by SnowWorld N.V.
- Each Gift Card is issued only once. You must keep the Gift Card carefully. In the event of theft (including the use by unauthorized third parties of the code) or loss (including the (accidental) deletion of e-mails), no compensation will be paid. Only original Gift Cards and codes can be used and must be provided to SnowWorld N.V. on request. SnowWorld NV reserves the right to only accept a Gift Card after receipt of the original Gift Card (in the case of an electronic gift card, the email sent to you by SnowWorld NV or a third party designated by SnowWorld NV and in which the code is included) and to demand payment in cash in the event of improper use. If a Gift Card has been purchased from a third party, you must keep the receipt and the top-up receipt carefully and submit it to SnowWorld N.V. on request.
- To use a Gift Card, you must place the products you have selected in the "shopping cart". During the payment process, you then select "gift card" as the payment method and enter the exact code.
- The nature, value, duration, expiry date and / or any applicable other specific terms and conditions of use can be found on the Gift Cards / or in the communication (e-mail) in which the code is included. Each Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Issue date is the date of payment. . The Gift Card cannot be used after the expiry date.
- Gift cards issued by SnowWorld N.V. and / or third parties designated by SnowWorld N.V. are only exchangeable for purchases via SnowWorld NV
- Gift cards cannot be used for open orders.
- Gift cards or their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The residual value of the Gift Card can be used for subsequent orders. This value is visible in the user's account. The residual value is non-transferable and can only be used from the same account where the first use of the Gift Card took place and during the period of validity of the Gift Card.
- It is not permitted to change, falsify, undermine or otherwise affect Gift Cards or their operation (including hacking).
- Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized act will be registered and will result in the use of Gift Cards being denied.
- It is not permitted to use Gift Cards in any way for commercial purposes and / or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
- Per order you can redeem an unlimited amount of Gift Cards or a combination of a maximum of 1 discount code and an unlimited amount of Gift Cards
- We sell physical gift cards at the checkout at our branches and online.
- The gift cards can be redeemed at the cash desk at all SnowWorld locations in the Netherlands: the various ski slopes, hotel Landgraaf, Adventure Valley Landgraaf, Ayers Rock Zoetermeer, IceKart Rucphen and the catering facilities in Landgraaf, Zoetermeer, Amsterdam and Terneuzen.
- It is not possible to redeem the gift cards online. The gift cards can be redeemed at the checkout at the locations mentioned above.
Digital gift voucher conditions
- When you buy online, you receive an eticket in your email inbox. We also sell physical gift vouchers at the till in our branches.
- The digital gift vouchers can be redeemed in the webshop of all SnowWorld locations in the Netherlands.
- The gift vouchers can be redeemed to up to a year after the purchase date.
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in one instance and in full.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
