Parking at SnowWorld Zoetermeer is free. In the car park you can use 8 charging points for electric cars from NL MAB. Charging is not free, you need a card.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book to do free skiing?

To do free ski or snowboard, you need to reserve a time slot online. Rental equipment is optional and can be booked in the reservation module, there is always sufficient material in stock. You can contact us 365 days a year.

What clothes do I need to wear?

It is -5°C on the slopes at SnowWorld. It is advisable to wear warm clothing and gloves are compulsory. A helmet is not compulsory, but we do advise it.

You can hire a ski suit and helmet from us and gloves are available to buy.

Can I hire ski clothing from you?

You can hire a ski suit, shoes and helmet from us. You can also buy gloves from us.

Do you have enough equipment in stock?

We always have enough equipment in store!

Does the time on my ski pass continue to run when I leave the slopes?

The time on your ski pass stops when you take breaks from the slopes. When you return to the slopes, the time starts to run again. You can easily take breaks from the slopes without the time on your ski pass running out.

Is a helmet compulsory?

A helmet is compulsory for kids up to 12 years taking lessons and courses and is provided for free. A helmet is not compulsory for regular visitors, but we do advise it. You can hire a SINNER helmet from us for € 2.50.

When is a ski pass valid until?

Ski passes bought at the ticket desk are valid the same day.

Can spectators also come and watch?

Spectators can watch from the piste restaurant and the Bierstube, from there you can see what is happening on the slopes.

Are there lockers available?

There are always plenty of lockers available so you can store your things. It costs €0.50 each time you use the lockers.

Can I also snowboard at SnowWorld?

Of course, you can use your own snowboard or hire one from us.

Can I accompany someone on the pistes?

You can only go on the slopes with a valid ski pass. If you want to go with your children, partner, family or friends then you need to have your own ski pass. You can always watch the slopes from our lovely restaurant. There you can enjoy some bread and soup, a snack or a warm meal. You can also have coffee, a warm chocomel and an apple strudel is waiting for you!

Are dogs welcome?

Dogs are welcome at SnowWorld when accompanied and on a lead. Dogs are not allowed on the slopes.
