Meeting packages
For groups of more than 10 people we have the following packages available. Are you coming with a smaller group? Then we would be happy to make you a tailor-made offer.
For one half day:
- room rental including projector & projection screen
- Flipchart with markers
- pen and notebook
- Unlimited tea and coffee during the meeting
- range of soft drinks (four bottles per person)
- ice water
- peppermints and liquorice
- Optional: Lunch Zermatt * (surcharge € 12 per person)
Two half days:

*Lunch Zermatt: various kinds of sandwiches, various meats and cheeses, various sweets, croquette roll, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice. For a more extensive lunch you can choose the Saas-Fee lunch: surcharge € 4 p.p.: soup of the day, various kinds of sandwiches, various kinds of meats and cheeses, various kinds of sweets, hot dog roll, omelette, chocolate croissant, muffin, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk and orange juice.

Meeting Breaks
Do you want a small snack? Then include a Meeting Break so you can get full attention back on the meeting.
Tiroler Break € 5.50
A typical winter sports break; warm apple strudel with vanilla sauce and a ball of vanilla ice cream.
Holländische Break € 5.50
Two soups of your choice including bread will be brought into the meeting room. You can quietly continue the meeting or enjoy a 'warm' break.
Healthy Break € 5.50
A delicious snack; a fruit skewer with fresh orange juice.
Want to go on the slopes after a successful meeting?
Meeting packages can be extended with a 1 hour ski pass including equipment for the special price of € 23.50 per person (normally € 31.00).

We are open 365 days a year. In the months of July and August, we're opened until 22:00.
