Requesting a refund

Our locations are closed for the time being due to the COVID-19 measures. The barcodes of your ski passes have been converted to voucher codes, with which you can make reservations once again after the reopening. Would you rather have your purchase amount refunded? Then please fill out the form below.

Claiming refunds is only possible for ski passes purchased directly from SnowWorld, not for special offer tickets from HEMA or others.
