SnowWorld is gradually opening its doors again. The health and safety of our guests and employees is the most important thing here. Keep an eye on this page and social media channels for the opening date per SnowWorld location.

Update May 25

From 1 June, the terraces and restaurants at SnowWorld Landgraaf, Zoetermeer, Amsterdam and Rucphen will be open again. In addition, the Alpine playground in Zoetermeer will also be open from 1 June.

Adventure Valley Landgraaf & Ayers Rock Zoetermeer are (partly) open again! Would you like to visit us? Then make sure to book in advance to be sure of your spot.

Lessons, events and tickets

Planned ski and snowboard lessons and (corporate) events at the time of closure will be planned again for a later date. SnowWorld will contact you personally. If necessary, the validity of (promotional) tickets already bought will be extended. We rely on your understanding and will inform everyone via snowworld.com about the most recent developments.

Safety first

Help us put safety first!

  • The following applies to everything: using common sense comes first;
  • Stay at home if you have any of the following (also mild) symptoms: colds, coughing, tightness or fever;
  • Stay at home if someone in your household has a fever (from 38C degrees) and / or shortness of breath. If everyone has no complaints for 24 hours, you can go outside again;
  • Stay at home if someone in your household has tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19);
  • Keep 1.5 meters away from another person outside your household (except children up to 12 years old);
  • Cough and sneeze into your elbow and use tissue paper;
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap, at least 20 seconds at a time;
  • Avoid touching your face;
  • Do not shake hands.

When will SnowWorld reopen?

Under the advice of the government and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), all the business units of SnowWorld have been closed until further notice. This means that we cannot name any precise opening date at present. When we have more information about this, we will be pleased to inform you via our website about the current situation.

I have a booking. Can this go ahead?

While SnowWorld is closed, it will not be possible for your booking to go ahead. During this period, SnowWorld cannot offer you the service that you may expect from us. If you have booked a lesson or a package with us, please do not contact us. We will contact you on the basis of your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you have a booking for during the period that SnowWorld is closed, we will be happy to offer you an alternative. We will contact you on the basis of your booking. Via our website, we are pleased to inform you of the current situation.

I bought tickets online via SnowWorld.com. Can I cancel them?

Tickets for SnowWorld are valid until 30 September 2020. So you can still use them later.

In accordance with the external party, we have decided to make the tickets valid until 30 September 2020. So you can still use them later.

What will the SnowWorld staff do now?

Tasks for every employee are being charted. Employees will be needed to carry out maintenance work on all the business units and to keep operational processes going.

Can I still book my future event?

Of course, we will be happy to think about the possibilities along with you. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quotation free of obligation, and our colleague will contact you as soon as possible.

Will I receive compensation for my subscription since SnowWorld is closed?


SnowWorld has decided to stop collecting subscription fees immediately. While SnowWorld is closed, we are freezing the subscriptions of all cardholders. Cardholders will also be compensated in time for the closure period in March for which a subscription fee was already collected. The cardholders who do not use a direct debit and have paid in advance will also be compensated in time for the closure period. Of course, this only concerns the period during which the subscription was valid. This applies to everyone with an annual card, 3-month card, monthly card, Club SnowWorld card, Team annual card and Team training card. We are closed until further notice. We will inform you as soon as there is more clarity about this.

What will happen regarding my missed lessons from the course?

If you have booked a course, we will contact you in order to discuss the possibilities with you.

Can I make a new booking by telephone?

Of course, you can still make a booking by telephone. You can contact us from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00 hours.
