HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER CODE THAT I PURCHASED AT KRUIDVAT?

1. Click at the bottom of this page for our ticket shop.
2. Choose which venue you want to visit.
3. Click on 'I already have a ticket'.
4. Click on ‘Kruidvat’ and select the '2 hour ski pass' or '4 hour ski pass', depending on which voucher code you have purchased at Kruidvat.
5. You choose a date and time slot.
6. You choose the right category (adult from 13 years or child up to 12 years) and the number of people. Please note, 1 ticket is valid for 1 person.
7. In the order overview you enter your e-mail address and the code(s) of the voucher(s), the amount of the voucher(s) will be settled in the ticket shop.
8. You can also add rental equipment in this step.
9. You will receive a confirmation with the new SnowWorld voucher(s) at the e-mail address you have provided.
10. The new SnowWorld voucher(s) gives access to the venue of your choice on the date and time indicated.

ALPENPARK NEUSS

• The Kruidvat voucher codes are also valid at Alpenpark Neuss in Germany.
• You must redeem the voucher code in advance via our ticket shop for a date and time slot, this is mandatory.
• With the new SnowWorld voucher(s) you go to the reception of Alpenpark Neuss on the chosen date and time slot.

Please note, the corona measures in Germany may differ. Therefore, always check the website of Alpenpark Neuss before your visit.

• 2-hour ski pass from € 34.95 for € 19.95 per person
• 4-hour ski pass from € 44.95 for € 24.95 per person

• Valid at SnowWorld Amsterdam, Landgraaf, Rucphen-Breda, Terneuzen, Zoetermeer and Alpenpark Neuss (Germany)
• The tickets are valid at a venue of your choice
• Valid from April 4, 2022 to September 30, 2022, subject to availability
• No distinction between child and adult (from 4 years)
• 1 ticket is valid for 1 person
• Booking a time slot in advance via www.snowworld.com/tickets 'I already have a ticket', stating the voucher code is mandatory, subject to availability
• The Kruidvat voucher is a proof of payment and not an entrance ticket
• Not valid in combination with other promotions and/or discounts and packages
• Not exchangeable for another period, cash or otherwise exchangeable
• No refunds will be given on tickets already purchased or redeemed
