Questions about ice karting
Ice karting is nothing like regular karting on an asphalt track. In ice karting, it’s all about agility rather than speed. You do try to get around the track as quickly as possible by drifting!
No, ice karting is not dangerous. Safety is our top priority at IceKart Rucphen-Breda, and safety rules will be followed at all times.
By "drift session," we mean the same thing as one heat of ice karting.
A heat lasts 12 minutes. Depending on how quickly you master the technique, a lap takes between 40 and 50 seconds. The first and last laps don’t count toward your fastest lap time, so you actually ride for 10 minutes per heat.
A maximum of 12 people are allowed on the ice kart track per drifting session.
Are you shorter than 1.40 meters? Do you have any physical ailments? Are you pregnant? Were you able to answer “no” to all of these questions? Then you can go ice karting!
Our karts are suitable for almost any height. There is plenty of adjustable space built into the kart. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Unfortunately not; our ice karts aren't designed for that.
