Program (starting time may vary, but this is the basis)
- 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Reception. You will be welcomed with a delicious cup of coffee or tea, followed by a delicious apple strudel.
- 5:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Arrival and registration at reception: Upon arrival, please report to the ticket desk at the main entrance.
- 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Changing: Guests proceed to the changing rooms to get ready and store their personal belongings in the lockers.
- 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Igloo building (90 min.) Which team will build the best and most beautiful igloo the fastest? You will work with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 people per igloo and compete to build the best, most beautiful, and most usable igloo the fastest.
- 9:30 a.m. – 7:45 p.m. Change clothes
- 7:45 p.m. Aperitif followed by dinner
Your guests will be welcomed with a choice of aperitifs:
- Chalet 55° Winter Spritz: Cinnamon syrup – lime juice – orange juice – ginger ale
- Virgin Mule: Ginger beer – chili – lime juice – mint
Your guests will be seated at a beautifully laid table in the restaurant. We require the number of guests per dish seven working days in advance. Please note that guests will be seated together according to their chosen dish. A raclette, fondue, or appliance will be shared by up to four people per appliance.
Drinks will be noted and charged per consumption.
Dinner options:
- Raclette du Valais: Bread, ratte potatoes, lettuce, pickled red onion, gherkin, and charcuterie such as chorizo, Serrano ham, and coppa di Parma
- Cheese fondue: Bread, ratte potatoes, lettuce, pickled red onion, gherkin, and charcuterie such as chorizo, Serrano ham, and coppa di Parma
- Stone grill: Scampi, salmon, poultry, beef, zucchini, mushrooms, mixed salad, ratte potatoes, and three sauces (curry, garlic, and barbecue)
Dessert:
We finish with delicious Kaiserschmarrn.
- Kaiserschmarrn: Apple sauce – cranberries – sugar
Conditions:
