Lesson description

RPM is a form of indoorcycling which is qualified for everybody who can ride a bike! Condition improvement, get better cycling performance or loose weight, RPM can be part of every training program. For people who work out often and do lots of different group lessons, RPM is a fun and effective crosstraining variation.
