I have already purchased a ticket
We are delighted you are coming to visit SnowWorld Amnéville! We ask you to be present at least 15 minutes prior to your start time. Your ticket will be scanned at the cash desk via your smartphone. You don't have to print your ticket.

Your ticket is valid only for the date and the time slot for which it is booked. Upon your arrival, we check the validity of your ticket for the correct date and time slot. You get 5 minutes of free overtime right after your finish time. After that, a rate of € 0,35 per minute applies.

I have not yet purchased a ticket
Do you want to come and ski or snowboard independently for a day? Then book your piste time-slot here. Please note, with online reservations you will benefit from a discount of € 3,- for each ticket purchased. You can pay with Visa and Mastercard on our website. Payments with PayPal, checks and holiday checks are not accepted online or at our locations.

I want to change my ticket
You can easily change the date or time of your visit through our webshop or the link in the confirmation email. This can be done up to 60 minutes before your visit and can only be done for a new date in the same season. Keep your booking number and order email address handy.

Please note: Changing your visit date is only permitted for the entire order. There is a surcharge on changes of € 2,75 per entry pass. If you wish to change individual visits, please contact us at least 1 hour before the visit. No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or refunded.

Restaurant Le Refuge

The snow park is closed until December 1st. Thank you for your understanding.

We welcome all visitors as from the age of 3. Smaller guests and accompanying adults can enjoy the view of the slopes from our restaurant areas.

A valid pass is required for anyone going to the slopes. For children up to 12 years old who have booked an hour of tobogganing, an accompanying adult is allowed on the slope free of charge. Your access time to the slope begins the moment you pass through the gates to access the slope. The time does not stop when you are off the slope.

For security reasons, your own toboggan, sliding bags and other toys are not permitted. For security reasons, it is also not permitted to simply play in the snow. SnowWorld Amnéville does not currently offer childcare facilities.

People with reduced mobility or with difficulties seeing/hearing can also come to SnowWorld Amnéville. Any companions (recommended) will be charged to access the slope.

Use of sitting-ski
People with a disability in possession of a sitting-ski are welcome to use our slopes and lifts. The use of these requires some practice, so we advise you to avoid busy periods for your first visit.

Parking
Parking spaces are reserved in the free car park for people with reduced mobility.

Dogs are welcome in SnowWorld Amnéville provided they are accompanied at all times and kept on a lead. However, dogs are not allowed on the slopes.

You are welcome to take photos and videos on the premises, and, above all, don’t forget to mention us in your best memories!
