Piloxing is a mixture of Pilates, dance and boxing. It's a great fat-burning and muscle-strengthening exercise. How does it differ from other group classes? Piloxing is an intensive up-tempo workout that involves a lot of movement. There's no time for standing still! You move from one activity to the next at a high tempo.
