FAQ

1. Which countries do you deliver to?
The vouchers can be sent to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and England.

2. Can I pick up my order or view my products?
Unfortunately, this is not possible when ordering through the web shop. You can purchase vouchers at the SnowWorld Landgraaf and Zoetermeer receptions desks.

3. What payment options do you offer?
You can pay for the vouchers in advance or through iDEAL. We will dispatch your order as soon as your payment has been finalised.

4. What are the shipping costs?
Your vouchers can be sent via registered mail (€7.70 within the Netherlands and €9.50 for other countries) or standard mail (€1.95). Registered mail allows SnowWorld to track the package using a Track & Trace number. This is not possible with standard mail and shipment is therefore at your own risk. We will dispatch your order as soon as your payment has been finalised. 

5. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Most people have a spam filter that intercepts or blocks the incoming confirmation email. If this is the case, please contact us to check whether we have received and processed your payment.
